4.1 Concept of Stress

VII USHTRÁSANA (Camel Posture)



*Sit in Vajrásana
1.Rise up on the knees making the trunk vertical. Feel the changes while standing on the knees.
2.Inhale and bend the trunk backwards. Place the palms on the heels. Stretch and make the thighs vertical.
*Exhale while returning to Vajrásana.
Benefits: Makes the spine flexible. Increases blood-flow to the brain. Good for back problems.
